In the early Fall of 2009, the Search Committee created separate surveys that were sent out to (1) current Day School teachers, (2) Day School parents, and (3) St. Aidan's Church parishioners. The results of these surveys were very helpful for the Search Committee as they crafted the job description for the Day School Director position. In order to get open responses, the surveys were conducted anonymously and confidentiality was assured. For that reason, the survey results cannot be shared in their entirety. However, the committee created synopses of these surveys both in the interest of transparency and so that Director candidates could benefit from the input from these three groups.
