A wide range of opportunities for education, formation, and prayer are offered through The Center for Spiritual Deepening at St. Aidan’s. The Center brings in speakers and teachers to guide us in spiritual practices such as Centering Prayer, using poetry in prayer or walking the labyrinth (we have two on our property). We explore the lives and teachings of spiritual leaders, saints, and mystics.  Weekend workshops and retreats allow us to go deeper with visiting teachers and spiritual leaders, as do ongoing classes and discussion groups.  We have made two pilgrimages to the island of Iona in Scotland.
